Customer agrees to offer SpryBit with all needed access to the server, website database with complete access rights before beginning the maintenance services.
Customer agrees to make monthly website maintenance services, payment in advance as per the plan they opt to.
If the work needs additional hours that allotted, then it might be charged on PHB (Per hour basis) based on the rate agreed upon hourly. However, this exceeding hour might be informed to the client by SpryBit before beginning the work.
SpryBit might use various tools, third party services, and software such as SEO, backup, storage, Analytics, etc., for the best website maintenance service.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you hereby offered a limited, non – transferable and non – exclusive license to access, use or view the website for your commercial or personal and are granted the right to download, print or store single copies of items which include the content for your commercial/personal use, offered that you maintain all copyright and other notices that comply such content. Please note that SpryBit is entitled to refuse to accept any order and this might be notified through email.
